Request for Proposal
The Town of Atlantic Beach uses Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to invite qualified vendors, consultants, and service providers to submit proposals for specific projects or services. This page outlines the Town needs, project scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria so interested parties can submit competitive proposals. Proposals are to be submitted in person to the Town Hall. 

The Town of Atlantic Beach uses RFP's to help ensure the following:

  • Transparency and Fairness
  • Competitive pricing
  • High-quality Services
  • Responsible use of Public Funds

The Process:

1) RFP Issued: The Town publishes an RFP describing the project, requirements, and submission deadline.

2) Vendor Review Period: Interested vendors review the RFP and may submit questions by the specified deadline.

3) Proposal Submission: Vendors submit proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP.

4) Evaluation & Review: Proposals are reviewed by Town Staff based on established criteria.

5) Selection & Award: The Town selects the proposal that best meets the project needs and objectives.

6) Contract Approval: Contracts are approved in accordance with Town policies and applicable laws.

Important Notes for Vendors

Proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late submissions cannot be accepted.

All submissions must follow the instructions outlined in the RFP.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law.
